Professional media production lends credibility and authenticity to any message. This is a wonderful technology, but one which must be used responsibly. We do our best to amplify voices that spread important, healthy, and positive messages. We also strictly forbid generative AI in order to protect our invaluable local artists and maintain long-term sustainable workflows.

The production world has historically been very wasteful, with single-use filming sets and rapid equipment turnover being the norm. We use sustainable materials, buy responsible manufactured and repairable equipment, and mitigate waste wherever possible. This also includes forward-thinking approaches, like preferring virtual sets over construction whenever possible and banning generative AI in all aspects of the business.
Repairability is a deeply important factor in how we operate. From the equipment we purchase and specify to the techniques we use while designing studios, we openly share schematics, wiring diagrams, configuration files, and more to ensure that your equipment is truly yours. If we ever need to restrict access to a network to ensure reliability or do special configuration for your equipment, you will have the keys to the system and a backup of the program.
When designing studios, we carefully specify equipment with broad compatibility and functionality to extend it's useful life after its primary job is done. We also frequently test, validate, and re-use existing equipment that clients already own, saving money while also reducing our environmental impact.
Installation and other in-person services are primarily offered in San Diego county. However, technical support, system design services, and post-production are frequently handled remotely for clients in the USA, Canada, and Europe. We're always open to new opportunities though, so feel free to chat no matter where you're located!
